The “Very Pleased” designation on your evaluation form does not begin to describe my satisfaction with my new bathroom.  I have done three major remodeling projects in the last four years – two with “big box” stores and this last one with Simple Bath.  There is little comparison between the two.  I’d like to share what made remodeling with Simple Bath a unique and pleasant experience.  From my first visit to their showroom, I realized I had entered a different zone of remodeling experience.  They designed a functional and beautiful space I love to be in!  Communication was timely and effective.  It was truly amazing that the entire bathroom was gutted on Monday and finished on Friday.  What appears to be a daily discipline for Simple Bath is a exception to the type of service I’ve received from others in the past.  Many, many thanks to everyone who took part in my bath remodel, from start to finish.  I am a “believer” in the Simple Bath process as the best approach, by far, that I’ve experienced.  What your company advertises as “simple” is just that for the customer – a hassle-free, get-what-is-promised and love-the-results experience.
